In-Person Coaching

Kansas City-based wide receiver training at a fair rate with up-to-date coaching. This isn't your dads drill work regimen. The wide receiver position has dramatically changed in the last two decades, with our position being asked to carry the load on offense more and more. To simply say a wideout must get open and catch the ball would not be doing justice to the beautiful complexity of the modern offensive passing game. Our staff has a passion for the position and wants to teach you how to be successful from your stance, through the entire route, finishing with the catch and tackle.

Route Running Fundamentals

Route running is the part of receiver play that takes years to master. We'll lead you through drills and route sessions that get you on your way to mastering this complex part of the game!

Body Control & Footwork

A wide receiver needs to move their body in complex and unorthodox ways. Having quick feet allows you to stay balanced and move where and when you need to. Whether it's at the LOS against press, getting around a reroute, or even blocking, moving your feet is a fundamental piece.

Quickness and Agility

Stopping and starting while maintaining body control is something you can learn. By breaking it down into drill work we help you learn how to change direction properly. A lot happens in a football game; your route may not always look like it does in the playbook. Being athletic enough to adjust is a must!

Catching

"Catch the ball!" says the coach, after his WR drops a pass. This is the most pointless comment of all time! We'll lead you through drills that train you where to place your eyes and hands and how to properly catch the ball through the tuck.
